The road to the Asian Youth Chess Championship.
Pangasinan Gov. Amado Espino awarded the prizes and medals to the winners assisted by Grandmasters Eugene Torre and Jayson Gonzales, International Master Rudy Tan Cardoso, board members Ranjit Shahani and Modesto Operania.
The five-day competition was supervised by IAs Gene Poliarco, Erwin Carag and Elias Lao,,Alex Dinoy, Dick Gicain, Gatpayo Luz, Milo Samaniego, Ron Vergara, Roberto Bautista, Roy Madayag and Francisco German.

Boys 16 under - FM Jan Emmanuel Garcia
Girls 16 under - WFM Cherry Ann Mejia

Girls 12 under – Marie Antoinette San Deigo
Boys 10 under – Julis Gonzales
Girls 10 under – Fiona Geeweneth Guirhem
Boys 8 under – Khulene Lord de la Cruz
